Refurbishment of Hochfeld I-IV The social housing in the district of Hochfeld were energetically refurbished and balconies were added to the apartments. The history of the settlement played a great role during the design phase of entrances, balconies and color selection.

Refurbishment of Römerhof The Römerhof consists of 2 housingblocks with 68 apartments and an integrated supermarket. The buildings were/are being energetically refurbished and will be completed 2014. The challenge was to develop technical details which could be implemented in a complex schedule.

Ammerndorf, young and old For the municipality of Ammerndorf we designed a building with freehold flats which meets the demand of mixed generations living together. Communal rooms can be used to facilitate day care of the elderly and children or can host venues. The floor plans are exchangeable to meet the demand of its inhabitants. The project will not be built.

House Hecht The single-family house Hecht accommodates a family with 3 children. The House lies on the outskirts of a town overseeing a free landscape.

Semidetached Schröder During the planning of the semidetached house there was close collaboration with the neighbour´s architect without loosing the individual design.

Wolframstraße As part of the refurbishment of the district at the Wolframstraße a new town planning concept was made, which became the groundwork for further building of social housing. One of the new building was designed at SWR Architects.

Provinopark The Patrizia Immobilien AG is building freehold flats in Augburg. The buildings were designed by Fink+Jocher Architects in Munich. Building permits, detail and working drawings are being processed by SWR Architekten.
